Social Connections:

Social Connections are social and recreational programs designed specifically for transition age young adults and older. We’ll include peers who have the same interests and desires to get out and explore the great places in our own backyard and community.

Next Chapter Book Club and Fitness Fun: Expect to have a lot of fun as we dive into a story together and discuss its characters and plot. Club starts with members having the option to enjoy a snack and time to connect with other members, FRIENDS!  After, the club reads by taking turns and all reading levels are welcomed.  Our trained facilitators use strategies that are inclusive to all.  We hope to share in the magical adventure of literature with you!  This class is partnered with Fitness Fun. After we enjoy reading our book, we will enjoy some fitness. Yoga taught by Pam Tokowitz.
