Programs

Community connections and meaningful relationships create a sense of belonging that benefits the communities we belong to.  Our programs are designed to get people involved in their community and to deepen and expand their social connections. We offer a variety of fun programs based on your interests and ideas.  In order to make these programs fun and successful, we need your input and suggestions so please share ideas, feedback and questions with Erin Laemmrich at elaemmrich@totallink2.org

***If you are a new participant and interested in our programs, please contact Erin Laemmrich at elaemmrich@totallink2.org to set up a meeting to learn about programs and to meet our staff.

Social Connections:

Social Connections are social and recreational programs designed specifically for transition age young adults and older. We’ll include peers who have the same interests and desires to get out and explore the great places in our own backyard and community.

Community Life Club: Give back, take pride, be leaders and contribute to your community and have fun while diving into community service and philanthropy projects.  TL2C has partnered with the NSYMCA and District 225 for transition-age adults 18 and older to develop identities as contributing and valued community members.

Next Chapter Book Club: Expect to have a lot of fun as we dive into a story together and discuss its characters and plot. Club starts with members having the option to buy a snack or dinner and time to connect with other members, FRIENDS!  After, the club reads by taking turns and all reading levels are welcomed.  Our trained facilitators use strategies that are inclusive to all.  We hope to share in the magical adventure of literature with you!
