About the Event
Yoga, from 4:00 - 5:00 pm, will be facilitated by Pam Tokowitz, a certified Yoga instructor. There is a focus on teaching yoga concepts such as breathing, balance, strength and flexibility. Learning poses and salutations will also be included.
Healthy Supper Club, from 5:00 - 7:00 pm, is designed for people looking to learn how to prepare and cook meals with healthy portions. We will have engaging discussions about nutrition and social skillsin a warm community setting. This program will be facilitated by Stephanie Galindez and Kasey Ockerlund.
