Virtual Yoga Nidra

This program meets every Wednesday of the session. 

 

This is a unique Yoga practice with a focus on breathing, meditation, and awareness. You will need quiet and space to lie down. There are no yoga poses as the whole practice is in Shavasana, a resting position. Yoga Nidra is known to improve the functioning of the nervous system and decrease anxiety and improve your mood.
