In only nine months, Scott almost doubled his work hours at his job at Fresh Market in Wilmette. Most recently, he added another whole shift. With a big smile, Scott told us,

"I work three days a week," and you could feel his sense of accomplishment when he said, "I love my job, and I work hard. Everyone is so great."

 

Part of Scott's responsibilities is to ensure the nut butters are always in stock. It is a great need of Fresh Market because the Wilmette location is the top seller of nut butters nationwide. Scott also bags and is a respected co-worker.
